Green energy in translation is sustainable energy. The idea is to save energy by using differnt types of energy instead of the basic, to get the same use for daily life. Heres one main reason why green energy was considered and as of today is a big contribute to saving the planet. For one the use of fossil fuels were getting outragous, which causes polution. were as green energy resources create a polution free atmosphere.
